Pre-sale

Our e-bikes are shipped from local warehouses in the U.S. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 5–10 business days, depending on your location (remote areas may experience slight delays).

Our bikes are 90% pre-assembled before shipping. You'll only need to install the front wheel, pedals, and handlebar. We provide detailed manuals and video tutorials—beginners can handle it easily. If needed, we can also recommend local assembly services.

Currently, we operate under a direct-to-customer online model, so test rides are not yet available. However, we plan to launch test ride services in California, Texas, and New York soon—stay tuned on our website for updates.

We support a variety of secure payment methods, including credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, UnionPay), PayPal, Shop Pay, and Apple Pay.

Absolutely. Once your order ships, we’ll send you an email with a tracking number. You can check real-time updates via our Order Tracking page.

Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll correct the info for you. If it has already shipped, you may be responsible for rerouting or interception fees.

If your order hasn't been shipped, we can cancel it for free. If it has already been dispatched, you’ll need to wait until it arrives and then request a return.

Post-sale

We’re sorry for the inconvenience. Please take photos and contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving the package. We’ll verify the issue and send replacement parts or a full replacement within 24 hours.

Yes! We offer a comprehensive warranty for peace of mind:

Frame: 5 years

Front Fork: 2 years

Motor: 12 months

Battery: 18 months or 20,000 miles (whichever comes first)

Display: 12 months

We offer a 14-day worry-free return policy. Please make sure the bike is unused and in its original packaging. If the return is not due to a quality issue, the return shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility. For quality-related returns, we’ll cover all expenses.

We recommend regularly checking the brakes and tire pressure, charging port, and battery level. Avoid deep discharging or prolonged sun exposure. Dry the charging port before charging, always use the original charger, clean the bike regularly, and apply lubricant to keep the chain smooth. This helps keep your e-bike in top condition.
